Borvin Kracman

Borvin is a highly experienced and skilled leader and business coach with a strong collaborative focus and desire to create win-win outcomes. He has a strong belief that sustained success comes from seeking quality outcomes across all elements of a business or project but that the most variable and potentially most powerful driver of success rests with the people involved, more specifically their ability, commitment and internal as well as external relationships.

During a professional career spanning 38 years Borvin has managed construction projects, participated in and led designed teams, advised business leaders, senior bureaucrats and government ministers, participated in major project community consultations and developed and grown a professional services practice with a global consulting engineering firm. He has been involved in assignments in Australia, Africa, UK, Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia. On several occasions he has also assembled and led multidisciplinary teams to create projects by converting several different problems into successful business opportunities. These experiences have forged his belief in win-win outcomes and he continues to consult to the organisations managing some of those projects.

Borvin has degrees in mechanical and civil engineering as well as management including a Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Borvin’s value is primarily in providing hard won experience and independent advice about people and projects and help teams realise their maximum potential for sustained success and enjoyment.
