Nathalie Delmas

Nathalie Delmas is the President of TIP consulting and is an expert in the development of breakthrough innovative organizations. Nathalie consults with CEOs, Senior Level Executives and their teams to achieve breakthrough levels of performance.

Her approach is not conventional yet very powerful. She is not a 'classical' consultant. She has worked in a systematic and disciplined methodology offering a mix of mindset shift and vision/strategy implementation. A vision that is coming from the future rather than one that offers just a different version of business as usual. She has implemented this approach with many Fortune 1000 companies and CAC 40 Organizations (clients have included: Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca, Diageo, PNC Bank, Lucent, Sapient, L’Oréal, Catalina Marketing, AUDI Bank).

Prior to her consulting career Ms. Delmas worked in sales and marketing roles for industry leading companies such as Procter & Gamble Inc., Revlon and Air Canada. Ms. Delmas received an M.B.A., International Business and Marketing from McGill University.

On a personal note, Nathalie is fluent in French, English, Spanish (level 3) and a beginner level of Arabic. She has Canadian and French citizenships and is an accomplished concert pianist. She lives in Paris, is married and has 2 children.
