John is co-author of The Coaching Revolution, from Adams Media, presenting best practices in the field of business and executive coaching. His second book, the New York Times best selling Tribal Leadership, published by HarperCollins, underlies a rigorous multi-year training for leaders, executives and managers entitled Tapped-In®, that leads to certification as an Associate, Member, and ultimately, Fellow & Examiner of The Cultural Architecture Institute.

John was ten-year member of the leadership development team at Sierra Health Foundation and served on faculty at Collier’s University, CB Richard Ellis University, and The California Leadership Institute. He is a frequent lecturer in the Marshall School of Business and the School of Public Policy, Planning, and Development at the University of Southern California. John delivers the capstone module, “The Cultural Map, Triads and Strategy”, for the University of Arizona Eller College of Management, Southwest Leadership Program, and was the 2012 Visiting Leadership Scholar lecturing on “Culture, Triads and Strategy” at the University of Oklahoma.

John is in demand as a keynote speaker and is internationally recognized as a senior teacher, coach, and program leader. His executive clientele have been featured on all major television networks and in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. He is currently developing his next book, Cultural Architecture: Building Stage 4 Communities of Honor. John lives in Cedar Crest, New Mexico.

Prior to founding Game Changing Healthcare Ltd., Steve held multiple executive and senior positions in healthcare general management, marketing and business development at MSD and Sanofi Aventis during his 25 year career in healthcare in Japan, Hong Kong, China and the US.

Steve is passionate about helping healthcare companies develop and implement strategies and programs which improve patient access, cost-effective healthcare delivery and faster speed to market for new and innovative products.

During his two-term presidency of the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Association, he championed the introduction of global iFPMA Compliance guidelines to ensure local operating practices were in sync with global guidelines.

Worked with Compliance teams at four different healthcare and distributor companies in China and Hong Kong.
